Neodles - less fattening noodles USM innovation

USM (Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang) has come up with dried yellow gastro-resistant noodles which they named neodles from coining together two words - neo or new and noodles. The 100% vegetable based Neodles are said to be less fattening and makes you full longer so that you eat less. Neodles are targetted at the "diabesity" (diabetes and obesity) market and also for the slimming market.
