I have written a previous post Travel comfortably between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore (click the "BACK" button to get back to this page). Aeroline then provide a double decker coach with a luxurous lounge in the lower deck and passenger seats in the upper deck. The one way fare for that is RM80 (USD22) for adult and RM50 (USD13.75) for children less than 12 years of age.
Now Aeroline offers an alternative - Aeroline Lite. You can now travel on a single decker bus with no lounge, but with no onboard washroom. You will however be provided with light meals, unlimited hot beverages and mineral water, movies, music, magazines and newspapers. There will also be cabin crew to take care of your needs.
The Aeroline Lite one way fare to Singapore is RM60 (USD17.17) and the departure point in Kuala Lumpur is Corus Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and Menara Axis and One Utama Shopping Center in Petaling, and the arrival point in Singapore is Harbour Front Center, the same as for Aeroline.
