So fast but safe because that Malaysian "Michael Schumacher" veizhi says when he drives, it is like he is like a part of the car. And often tries to anticipate ahead and do the necessary. Plus he says he ONLY race in a safe environment like the Sepang racing circuit. He said that racing on ordinary public road is like committing suicide.
What are his achievements? Can't remember exactly what but he has done credibly in some time trials (I think he called it Time Attack) beating many other competitors with car engine capacities much more powerful than his. Well look at the video of him driving below:
